Adequate power of UVC radiation is selected after inspection at the customer, then we can design the device. After approval of the project we make a product adjusted 100% to customer needs.


Klingenburg UV INDUSTRIAL is an innovative line of equipment for disinfection using UV-C. Appropriate devices allow for effective and safe disinfection of: air, surfaces, food, packaging, machines, production lines.




Our key focus is on client's safety, especially in food production industry. Our UVC modules are produced of the highest-quality stainless steel, and the lamps are installed in PTFE foil sleeves which are UVC-transmissive, which is an additional protection against possible pollution with glass dust.

UV-C lamps types

Lamps used in Klingenburg UVC TECHNOLOGY series products:

  • are the highest quality lamps;
  • have a lifespan of 8000 hours;
  • are available with the following power parameters: 36, 60 and 95W.


Depending on the place of the installation, disinfected air temperature, and the industry sector, three types of lamps are used in our devices:


Klingenburg UVstandard – UVC lamps with no additional protection, designed to operate at standard conditions.


Klingenburg UVsecura – UVC lamps with an additional protection by placing the lamp in the PTFE foil which is UV-C-transmissive. Thanks to the foil sleeve, in the case of damage glass dust stays inside the foil.


Klingenburg UVquartz – in this version the lamps are places in the highest-quality quartz glass covers which are UV-C-transmissive and reduce the effects of lowered temperature.

Klingenburg UVnotice are innovative UV-C radiators equipped with the "notice" function which enables to notice a failure or the wear and tear of a UV-C radiator. Thanks to the use of LED signalling, a user will easily learn if a given radiator is working correctly. The change of colour of the LED diode means that the UV-C radiator is not working. LED diodes are mounted on each Klingenburg  UVnotice type radiator. In the case when radiators will be placed in a confined area of the air conditioning and ventilation system, LED diodes will be placed on the operating and control panel in a place convenient for the user.


Each of the above types of radiators may be equipped with the "notice" function. We can distinguish then three types of radiators:

Klingenburg UVnotice Se - for secura version

Klingenburg UVnotice for quartz version
